Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a return or exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective items, email us within 14 days from receiving product at support@topbinsfc.com and we will provide further instruction. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
